This privacy policy describes how TravelBookings ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit travelbookingss.com. TravelBookings is a trade name for an independent flight ticket search service based in Richmond, Virginia. We are not an Online Travel Agency and do not process bookings or accept payments on this site.

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the website and answer messages you send us. Specifically:

• Contact-form submissions. When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive your name, email address, optional subject line, and message body. We use this only to reply to you.
• Search inputs. When you run a flight search, the origin, destination, dates, cabin, and traveler count are placed in the URL query string so the search is shareable and bookmarkable. We do not associate these with your identity.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request metadata — IP address, user-agent string, request path, response code, and timestamp — for a short retention window for security and debugging purposes.

2. What we do not collect

Because bookings are completed on the carrier or partner site, we never see or receive:

• Credit, debit, or other payment card details
• Passport, government ID, or visa numbers
• Frequent-flyer or loyalty program numbers
• Traveler date of birth or address
• Itinerary record locators (PNRs) or booking references

If you provide any of the above in a contact-form message, please don't — we don't need it, and we will redact it on receipt.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of essential cookies and one local-storage key:

• tbs_consent_v1 (localStorage) — remembers whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. Holds the value "accept" or "decline". We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

4. Affiliate links and outbound traffic

Links from search results and airline pages open in a new tab and go to the carrier's own website or to one of eight booking partners (Kayak, Skyscanner, Google Flights, Expedia, Priceline, CheapOair, Momondo). Some of those outbound links may include an affiliate identifier; we may receive a small commission if you go on to complete a booking on the partner site, at no additional cost to you. Each destination site has its own privacy policy and is responsible for the data it collects from that point on.

5. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact form, please email flightdesk@travelbookingss.com and we will delete it.

6. Your choices

You can browse the site without providing any personal information. If you have sent us a contact-form message and would like the corresponding email thread deleted from our inbox, email us with the same address you used and we will remove it within a reasonable time, subject to any record-keeping obligations.

7. Security

We serve the site over HTTPS, keep dependencies updated, and store contact-form submissions only in our standard business email. We follow reasonable safeguards, but no method of internet transmission is perfectly secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "effective" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
